Set up Clerk for secure authentication, Google SSO, and automated database syncing via Webhooks.

Built robust property posting forms with strict validations using React Hook Form and Zod.

A robust multi-tier architecture powering both Web and Android (Capacitor) clients. API requests pass through custom Next.js Middleware with Upstash Redis rate-limiting to prevent abuse. User authentication and database synchronization are managed asynchronously via Clerk Webhooks, real-time events are broadcast through Pusher WebSockets, and data persistence is handled via Prisma ORM querying a serverless Neon PostgreSQL database.
